Enumerated Rights “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.” In addition to the United States Constitution’s First Ten Amendments “The Bill of Rights”, (which the federal government has ignored for over 175 years) there are other rights not listed, but would have been recognized by most of the founding fathers, I call these “Certain Unalienable Rights”: 1. Each individual has the right to defend oneself, family, and property against any other who would violate any of these against one’s wish. Each individual has the right to procure and bear the weapons he or she deems necessary to this end including the standard weaponry used by the infantryman, marine or sailor of the day. For what is Life worth is one can not defend it? The right of individuals to band together to stand against others (who would use force or coercions) is inherent. Also inherent is the right to procure a 3rd party to defend oneself, family, and property. Such a contract with a 3rd party can (and should) have a sunset clause. 2. Any government’s only legitimate purpose is to maximize the individual liberty and freedom of its citizens. To this end: a. Government can not make illegal any trade or act between two or more willing adult individuals with regard to the rightfully owned property of each individual or their person. b. The local government may empanel juries to hear cases, to settle disputes between citizens, if one side requests it to do so. c. Governments can not tax the income or property of any individual. 3. Each individual has the right to his or her own property and person without the fear of seizure by others except for acts of crime against another. No institution, agency, or individual can legally forcefully take another’s property, nor can then enslave or imprison an individual except as recompense to a criminally aggrieved others as proved before a random jury of peers of the accused. 4. Each individual has the right to enter into trades and commerce with any other individual on earth without fear of penalty by any others or any governmental or agency. 5. The sum of total allowable tax on an individual by all and any governments can never exceed 1 per cent of the sum of transaction being taxed. 6. Each nation-state has the right of session from any international body. Each providence, state or commonwealth has the right of session from any nation-state. Any country or city government has the right of session from any providence, state or commonwealth. Any precinct or jurisdiction has the right of session from any county or city. Any individual has the right of session from any government. |
